Admission, Service and Security

The management and staff of Shappi Limited reserve the right of admission and service. Shappi Limited and its employees retain the right to deny service even after transfer of monies, upon which the customer/s will be due a full and fair (whichever more appropriate) refund and be required to exit the property immediately. Failure to do will constitute an offence and the individual or individuals will be reported and prosecuted by the local law authorities.

Shappi Limited operates a zero tolerance policy on abuse to its employees, be it verbal or physical. Any acts of abuse and/or theft and/or criminal damage will be reported to the authorities and Shappi Limited will prosecute in a court of law. Shappi Limited will use its security cameras located on and off site as supporting evidence.

Products and Prices

Shappi Limited may change its product offering and alter its prices without informing customers and any price payable will be at the updated and current price.

Off-the-menu dishes be them previously offered or not are usually available upon request by the customer/s. Off-the-menu items will only be supplied, provided all the required resources are readily available. Ultimately, the management reserves the right to supply off the menu dishes.

Whilst dish names may be homogeneous across various businesses, tastes and style can vary and Shappi Limited cannot be held responsible for providing a dish that may taste different to a dish of similar name tried elsewhere. The customer will hold ultimately responsibility for their choice of dish.

Delivery service is provided free of charge on orders of £12.00 or above. Under £12.00 will be charged at the nominal rate.

Promotional Offers

Most of our promotions have terms and conditions associated with them. Whilst Shappi Limited will always make concerted efforts to display such terms along with the relevant promotion, it will not always be possible to display full terms due to space issues. Health & Safety

All and any food supplied will be cooked on premises and therefore will be hot upon service. Shappi Limited recommends customers exercise caution and when handling hot food and Shappi Limited cannot be held responsible for any burns, be them minor or major as a result of mishandling hot food. Foil containers in which food is supplied in contains sharp edges and Shappi Limited warns that caution should be exercised when opening these containers to avoid any cuts. Shappi Limited accepts no liability in such accident as a result of lack of care when opening the containers.

Payment

Cheques will only be accepted on production of a valid banker’s card. Any cheques referred to drawer will have appropriate banking charges applied to the bill. Any non-payment will be pursued through a number of channels that include the small claims court, debt collection agencies and county court bailiffs. Any additional charges including legal fees and interest will be added to the final sum and therefore you may end up paying more than the original debt. Furthermore, non-payment can result in adverse credit which will hamper you in obtaining credit in the future.

Card transactions under the value of £10.00 will incur a 50p charge.
